An Information Technology professional with over 20 yrs. experience. Franklin was born in the Dominican Republic (La Hispaniola or Quisqueya La Bella as it’s also known), and raised in Brooklyn New York. He received his baccalaureate degree for Mathematics from the Instituto Platon in the Dominican Republic. Tobacco is in his DNA.

Awarded a Leadership Recognition by the Rhode Island State Treasurer and the Providence Legislative City Council for the creative work targeted to Rhode Island’s Hispanic community. Franklin is bringing a disruptive skillset to the cigar industry.
