An Information Technology professional with over 20 years of experience, Franklin was born in the Dominican Republic (also known as La Hispaniola or Quisqueya La Bella) and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He earned his baccalaureate in Mathematics from the Instituto Platon in the Dominican Republic. With tobacco in his DNA, his roots run deep in the industry.

Awarded Leadership Recognition by the Rhode Island State Treasurer and the Providence Legislative City Council for his innovative work with Rhode Island’s Hispanic community, Franklin now brings a disruptive skillset to the cigar industry.
